PRODUCT: Take Care Of Your Feet Travelling. Here’s Why.

take care of your feet travelling. Here's why.

If you’re travelling and find your feet looking like Frodo Baggins hairy, long toed skeleton feet then you should be concerned and chop them off.

Of course, I’m kidding.

But you can prepare a few things pre-travel that will aid you from these unsightly feet.

1. Scrub a dub dub!

After returning home from my first big adventure, I realised the soles of my feet were seriously dry and chappy. Wearing flip flops and walking long distances did no justice to my dear soles. After a hot shower and the application of a nifty foot scrub, my feet were exfoliated and breathed again.  I promised to pack one for the next big trip.

Which I did. My feet are very appreciative of the TLC. You can buy flat and long scrubs or short and fat (as pictured). Little and large, it’s your choice.

Take care of your feet and they will take care of you!

2. Moisturise

Following your scrub a dub dub! Add some moisturiser to help kiss and smooth your skin. Moisturiser is something you should pack regardless of whether you’re in a hot country or on the ski-slopes, your skin reacts to climate change and needs care. A nice dollop of cream should do the trick. Think of it as giving your feet a nice glass of red on a Friday night.

3. New Shoes

It’s happened. I sound like my Mother: “Invest in a decent pair of shoes”

Damn it, the crazy dear was right. It’s such a strange concept that we put lots of money into our gadgets and technology, but we never really invest in the things that will take care of us. Buying a good pair of shoes will support your posture and enable you to explore the world further in comfort.

Next time you want to buy that new I-pad, take a look at your feet! ha ha ha! But really…

Natty xx
